I use two that are free. Cinebench for CPU testing 3DMark Steel Nomad for GPU testing. Both are really good and give worldwide comparables to your hardware you are testing so you can see how it stacks up.

If your Windows 11 system is slow, you can run the following checks:
- Use Windows Performance Monitor: Open Run (Win + R) → type
perfmon /report→ press Enter. This generates a system health report with performance issues. - Check for Corrupt Files: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:
If issues are found, follow up with:sfc /scannowDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth- Check Resource Usage: Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) → Go to Performance tab to monitor CPU, RAM, and Disk usage. If a specific app is consuming resources, consider updating or disabling it.
If the issue persists, check for Windows updates or reinstall the OS.

Hello,
Our default Windows image is visibly slow on modern hardware with plenty of headroom - meaning that's there's more than 50% RAM, CPU free and we're on new SSDs. I am looking for software and/or methodologies that would allow us to quantify "how slow?" followed by "what's at fault?" . I suspect it's the several endpoint management tools that all have their minifilter drivers.

Stop using images. Clean installs, use OSDCloud and get the drivers in there from the initial boot. Will fix your issues and then you can tweak based on crap hardware later

No it really doesn't. I don't know why people imagine a browser can have full fledge access to your machine to even run proper benchmarking, it doesn't. If anything it mostly speaks of something getting rendered differently in the web engine or graphical API's used slightly differently in each OS. IDK the answer to that. But to run userbenchmark, and trust their numbers, and to do that in a browser, is really not a way to get any idea of anything useful besides maybe testing your connection.
