Perpetually means always, all the time, without stopping. It’s often used as an exaggeration: ‘That dog is perpetually asking for treats!’ Invariably means that something always happens a particular way, without variation. ‘This guy invariably orders a skinny latte - I start making it as soon as he opens the door.’ Permanently means forever, in a way that can’t be changed. ‘That bridge used to be closed a lot for repairs; now it’s been closed permanently as it’s just too old to be safe any more.’

Perpetually means this thing will continue to happen until the end of time. Invariably means that event A is always the outcome. For example: Alice invariably calls when I sit down to eat. Permanently means that this situation is unchangeable. For example: I have welded this door permanently closed..

Constantly, continuously. Yeah :)

To my ear, perpetually has a slightly different flavor than continuously though they can be used almost interchangeably. Perpetually means 'always and forever' while continuously implies something occurring in an unbroken string or pattern.
