What office phone systems are Wantek headsets compatible with?
Wantek headsets are designed for broad compatibility with most major office phone systems, including those from Cisco, Yealink, Avaya, and Mitel. They also feature standard connectors like Quick Disconnect (QD) and USB-A/USB-C, making them plug-and-play ready for a wide range of desk phones and softphone applications like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Do these office headsets have active noise cancellation?
Yes, many of our popular Wantek office headset models are equipped with advanced noise-canceling technology. This includes both a noise-canceling microphone to ensure your voice comes through clearly without background office noise, and on some models, sound-dampening ear cushions to help minimize ambient noise for you, the wearer.
Are these headsets comfortable for all-day wear in a call center?
Absolutely. A primary design goal for our Wantek office headsets is all-day comfort. They feature lightweight frames, fully adjustable headbands, and soft, breathable ear cushions. This ergonomic design is specifically engineered to minimize pressure and fatigue, making them an ideal choice for call center professionals and anyone on long calls.
Anyone really like their over ear headset for calls? I can't stand the wire frame looking ones - in the SaaS space and I feel like those things make people think call center right out of the gate.

Hey everyone, I know this question gets asked a few times but I have never seen the request to be over ear. I saw a lot of people advise the Jabra Evolve 75 but I don't want my headphone to be against my ear I want it to be over my ear. Price is not a problem, I still have a solid amount in my work budget to get it. What would you guys recommend?
Although technically my job role is just tier 1 help desk we do a lot more so it's not uncommon I spend an hour working on an issue.
Anyone have any good wireless headset suggestions. I work out of a cubical, but environment isn't super loud. Ideally I'd be able to hear my coworkers when they talk to me.
Jabra has some good options. The Evolve2 65 is a good deal right now and I think has good quality. A lot of my coworkers on orher teams use gaming headsets which might be a decent option. RTINGS has a good chart comparing options for Microphone quality, but is not extensive. https://www.rtings.com/headphones/tests/microphone/recording-quality
Would appreciate suggestions!
Thanks!
Title,
My company has a Product Support team, they currently use Jabra Evolve headsets and apparently their clients are able to hear background noise (Others talking, typing etc) and they want to trial some new headsets that will not pick up these background sounds.
Any suggestions?
Edit: Apologies, forgot to mention this, they should be able to connect to a Laptop and a Handset.
