February 14, 2019 - Last couple of EAP's were crashing at pretty important steps, and the last one I downloaded several days ago was crashing on "Find in path" - whatever you type it produces an error, and doesn't return any results. February 22, 2014 - No .. you just misunderstood how it works. EAP (Early Access Program) builds are free (have their own 30-day license) for major releases (e.g. 6.0, 7.0, 8.0) as they have lots of new/not-yet-polished code and features.
