Best Rose Gold/Pink Laptop
My laptop screen went pink. Can anyone help? Using ubuntu 18.04
That's hardware. The signal to the computer is typically analogue (as silly as it is), and split into red-green-blue. If the green is missing, you get this pink hue.
If you're lucky, it's the connector that's loose. The vertical stripes make me think that the LCD is damaged, though.
Open up and re-seat the cable.
If you need to replace the screen, you'll need to unplug that cable anyway.

It might be a driver issue mostly Or a screen issue If it's the latter then you would likely have to replace it
