I have a logitech K380 keyboard for over a year now. It keeps glitching so I found something on the internet and tried to reset it. I did it by clicking esc+O, esc+O, esc+B. The reset worked and after blinking 3 times, the easy switch buttons all had solid lights for about 5 seconds then the light for all 3 buttons turned off.
Tried holding down every easy switch button (f1-f3) but the light above it does not blink.
Tried turning off the keyboard by the toggle on the left side of the keyboard and turned it on again. After turning it on, all the lights for the easy switch buttons lights up for a solid 4 seconds and then the lights turned off again. Tried holding down the easy switch buttons again but the lights above it doesn't light up.
Tried doing everything over and over but keyboard is still not working. Is this broken?
Tried instructions in https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023358053 as found on other posts but not very helpful.
I hope someone from logitech can help me with this. Thanks!

Hi! I checked my bluetooth devices on my pc 3 hours ago and my k380 keyboard doesn't seen. After i searched some videos and articles to solve that problem. Watched the same video and used same combinations. esc+o, esc+o, esc+b. my device was reseted but connection was failed. i solved the same issue like that way: i pressed the first easy-switch button about 5-10 sec and button was activated. after i tried same way for second and third one. if you haven't solved your problem yet, please try this. i think it can be help you. have a nice day bro/sis!

I had the same issue, what I got was every time I switched on the keyboard it automatically switched on the easy switch key 3. I first thought this is a connectivity issue and tried replacing the battery. But the issue was still there and then tried all the hard rest options out there including installing and uninstalling drivers, connecting to different devices. But the issue remained the same, after a certain time the keyboard disconnects from the computer. As the last reserve, I though I should disassemble the keyboard. But as I'm lazy I removed the easy switch keys first and gave it a good blow and a clean. Then check the connectivity I noticed that it works as new. Most of the connectivity issues may arise due to the remaining dust under the "easy switch key" key connections in this keyboard Hope this helps anybody out there who tried all the options.

June 5, 2021 - You can't fix it because it is soldered on the keyboard pcb. Say I can obtain Logitech K855 for around 90$,worth it or I have a better option?
