yep! I had to get a refund for shipping labels a couple of times and all of them went thru earlier than 30 days (at most 5 days). it usually doesn't take that long to process. also pirate ship customer service is really good imo, if you need to reach out to them for anything they're very responsive and helpful More on reddit.com

Sorry for the weird title, since this sub doesn't let me use the word "return" in the title.
So, I recently shipped a very large & heavy package to the midwest with UPS Ground, and I bought the label on PirateShip. I'm pretty sure the sale will remain successful, but then I thought: what if I have to issue a return label? I found out that PirateShip does not offer return labels for UPS, but they say they're 'working on it'. Usually I don't worry about returns, but this particular package was about $101 in shipping with UPS Ground. If something goes wrong with this sale, it would be nice to get a return label for $101, but I won't be able to. The next option would be a return label from USPS parcel select ground for about $250. Wonder if anyone has any experience in issuing return labels on PirateShip?

They do offer return labels, but you have to opt-into the program. When you enter your weight and dimensions, below that is an extra services area with checkboxes for insurance, customs form, etc. There is a checkbox for UPS return labels. Click on "enable labels" and it will take you to a chat bot. It should walk you through the process fairly quickly. Note that there are 2 types - pre-paid and pay-on-use. You want to select pay on use so you'll only be charged if someone actually sends the item back.
