November 7, 2025 - Customer Service, chats, ability to email is all non-existent. I finally got a person on the phone and literally did not understand one word - sounded like they were speaking with a mouth full of marbles.

I never recieved the package. Yet Pitney shows delivery not at my address. But to my city. Where hundreds of thousands live. I read that Pitney Bowes is notorious for fraudulently marking a item delivered.

I'm not too fond of having to type each address and name into the sender information tab. It would be helpful to be able to import an excel doc and perform a mail merge. Many of our notices require us to send them via certificate of mailing which is not an available service through Pitney Bowes.
