October 7, 2024 - I almost exclusively use GSP. I’ve never felt pressured - or even highly encouraged - to use the service. However, I do love it. I send around 15 shipments via GSP every week. I’ve had one issue - and that was with the final carrier, not with Pitney Bowes.

3 weeks ago - Reviewed Nov. 10, 2025 · The moment Pitney Bowes Canada was shut down and their Canadian head office was closed things all went to Hell. The Canadian technicians are excellent. The US representatives are another issue. The call centre in the US handles all Canadian call and they just don't get it.

May 21, 2020 - I may have made up the last one but the horrible reviews are endless. I wanted some regret but instead, I think Meh is going to end up regretting signing a lease with this company. SO WHO ELSE HATES PITNEY BOWES?! ... If you go to the newgistics website you will see that they were acquired. As a result it is nothing that meh did. Hopefully meh will track problems and think about switching companies if your experience is the common one. I tried calling the shipper about a package that had basically vanished for days (it finally did show up, tracking info was retroactively changed to remove most of the earlier screwups, two round trips between TX and IN, and it goes on and on) and no matter what buttons on the phone with them you push you get sent back to instructions to contact the company who sent the package.

November 7, 2025 - For people wondering, the company is called Pitney Bowes Ltd (UK & ROI), including here on Trustpilot and this is a unclaimed page that distracts from the official page, which seems more tightly monitored by the company. This company is used by Ebay when you buy things from many international sellers. I was unfortunate enough to have them ship a rare book I bought from the UK.

September 18, 2025 - Pitney Bowes is a stinker, allthough we were home, they claimed that we were not-How ?did they ring the doorbell ??? They dumped our parcell 8 miles away at a shop, seems that is the standard these days for freight companies, they do not attempt to leave the packet at your home but drive directly to the pakageshop-shame on them ... Absolutely horrible customer service. I made an account thinking this would be a great shipping option, but turned out not to be.

Whenever I get tracking with Pitney Bowes I get ready for complications. They have no customer service number for package tracking, they do not provide tracking numbers for the carrier they are completing a delivery through, and you better hope to god an international shipment is not going through them.
