A refurbished 7a, or honestly a Samsung IMO. I can't recommend new Pixels especially because they tank in price so quickly. Normally the 6-series would be the ones I would recommend, but I feel like people had way more issues with them than the 7 series. Also, IMO the software support isn't that big of an issue because even if the phone stops getting updates, I don't consider that a reason to stop using the phone. I'm still on Android 12, and tbh I'm perfectly happy with it that way. Also, a ZTE Axon 7 enjoyer huh...I think I paid $400 for one of those back in the day. Camera had a weird hardware issue. I'm surprised it's lasted you this long tbh. More on reddit.com
