May 28, 2024 - Unreliable Voice Controls: The voice controls for answering and ignoring calls were not always responsive. After several months of using the Poly Plantronics Voyager 5200 in my home office, I can confidently recommend it to most remote workers.

Pros: -Comfort is outstanding stays in the ear perfectly without the need for the hook attachment -Battery life with the charge case can last an entire day -Charge case is a must for all headsets! -In-ear volume is loud and audible even on the busiest streets -NOISE CANCELLATION IS SUPERB it beats Jabra Jawbone and Motorola in my tests -Boom mic design genuinely pic... ... I like a lot. Really fits well in the ear sound is really good my ONLY problem is that the clip is too small and I like to use a clip for security other than that a great earpiece. ... The Plantronics Voyager Edge Bluetooth Headset was a replacement for a Plantronics ear piece I'd had for almost five years.

At the time, the price was right and I gave them a chance. So here is my review after using them for over a year as my daily driver. ... The on-ear controls make using the BackBeat Pro very convenient. I am able to power on the headphones, change the volume, and answer calls directly from the right earcup. Switching between Bluetooth devices is rather simple too.

Despite the reviews saying the voice calling was superior to the Plantronics, the feedback I got from the people on the other end of my phone calls was not complimentary. I had many reports of people having difficulty hearing me, and I didn’t have great success hearing them at times either. There also isn’t a way to adjust the volume directly on the headset (unlike the Plantronics) and the rubber ear piece that sits in your ear, falls off easily.
