Hi all. Short background before I get to the issue:

Jabber for calls

Microsoft Teams for instant messaging, conference calls, etc.
Here is what I want to be happening: I want the Answer/End Call button to ONLY answer or end a call in Jabber.
Here is what is currently happening: When the computer first fires up, the Answer/End Call button operates with Jabber to answer and end calls. However, after I've been working for several hours the Answer/End Call button no longer answers or ends calls and has an unknown function within Teams.
If anyone has any insight as to prevent the 5200 from leaving Jabber for Teams I'd be greatly appreciative.
I just purchased a Voyager 5200 UC headset for one of our employees and it is connected to our Mitel deskphone. When the user is wearing the headset, the button on her headset doesnt work to answer calls or make a call. If she pushes the button on the base station, it works fine. If she is in the call and pushes the call button, the call will end. So I know the headset is connected fine, but it just wont answer or start a call. Thoughts?
