I’m a bigger dude with a 40x32 pants size. I don’t necessarily tear through khakis frequently (fortunately), but I want to upgrade my super cheap, shabby looking ones to some that look nice. So I’m looking for some khakis/chinos for work (business casual) and maybe a dress pair or two.
My only issue is, as a bigger dude, I’d like some with a bit of flex. The ones I use now, Goodfellow Everyday Straught Fit chinos. They fit very comfortably when I’m standing up, but do not offer flex at all and constrict my nethers when I sit down. This is an issue since I work at a desk all day, and anywhere where I’d need to wear dress khakis, I’d invariably be sitting down all day.
TL;DR: looking for khaki/chino pants which have a bit of flex to them. Thanks in advance :)

I have my first internship coming up and I want to know if y’all have any advice for high quality and well fitting khaki pants for around the office. I wear 42 x 32 pants normally and the khakis I have already look very baggy. I’m looking for something similar to Birddogs (unfortunately they only carry up to waist size 40) and that can fit my thighs without the issue of being too baggy. Thank y’all!
I'm looking for some Khakis for a size 46 waist 32 length. I'm not looking for Dockers or XXXL but nice name brand pants. I really would like a pair of green khakis as an alternative to my tan khakis. The other pair of khakis I own are Dockers and I hate how they look on me.
I am wondering if anyone has the same issue I do, and if you have found any brand or style of khaki pants that work?
I could truly wear a 38 waist in pants/jeans. However, I find myself having to buy 40’s in jeans because I have bigger thighs than I do waist. Large guy who loves to lift, so proportions are a little different.
I can’t seem to find the right pair of pants that fit and look right. I stay away from slim or athletic cut since those seem to be way too tight. So straight leg, relaxed, boot cut (for jeans) is where I lean.
I have found some luck with the Izod Saltwater pants, since they have some stretch to them and don’t seem to be too tight. But was wondering if anyone has this same problem and what brands/styles they have found to help?
Edit: these will be worn to the office for work. Office is business casual.
