I have searched many sites and the closest I can find is the Kingston Brass Concord, but the side sprayer is different. My particular unit would have been installed in 2008, so maybe the design has changed? The general style is a "widespread" faucet with cross handles and an included side sprayer. The packaging is long gone and I can't find any markings, but I vaguely remember a two-word name, possibly Kingston Brass or Glacier Bay or West Brass.

Before you choose a faucet, choose your vanity/sink. That will determine if you can get a widespread of centerset faucet. When I renovated my bathrooms, I was first limited by the size of my vanity and the style. From there, I was limited to centerset faucets (installed as one piece, but separate knobs and faucet). Finally, my contractor told me that my sink limited me to a certain kind of drain lever of the faucet. I also chose the faucet height based on the shape and size of my sink and how comfortable it would be to use. With my smaller sink basin, I went with a taller faucet neck. With my shallower, wider basin, the faucet could be lower. Single lever is comfortable to use, esp if you have little children or seniors who have arthritic hands. But for your bathroom style, I do think that there are more widespread faucets in the traditional/farmhouse/rustic style than for centerset faucets. More on reddit.com

I would not pair brushed nickel with brass. In general I do not like to pair differently toned metals without another visually heavy anchor such as matte black or a third distinct metal tone.
