Safari (Mac)
Go to Safari > Settings > Websites, then select Pop-up Windows. Choose Allow next to "When visiting other websites" to disable the pop-up blocker globally. To allow pop-ups for a specific site, visit the site, then select Allow in the pop-up menu for that site.

Safari (iPhone/iPad)
Open the Settings app, tap Safari, then toggle Block Pop-ups to Off.

Google Chrome (Desktop)

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.

  3. Toggle Blocked (recommended) to Off to disable the pop-up blocker.

  4. To allow pop-ups for specific sites, click Add under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" and enter the site’s URL.

  4. To allow exceptions, click Exceptions and add trusted sites.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.

  3. Toggle Blocked (recommended) to Off to disable the blocker.

  4. To allow specific sites, click Add under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" and enter the URL.

Mobile browser with popup blocker?
Just use Firefox and Ublock Origin and enable some of the Annoyance Filters. Or if u insist on Chromium than maybe try Ultimatum with Ublock Origin. More on reddit.com
