Most popular magazines from around 2000-2006 have an archive somewhere, be it on their own website or the Internet Archive, behind a paywall or not, but there doesn't seem to be any archive of back issues going as far back as this anywhere.
By "teen magazine" I mean ones like Seventeen, J-14, Twist, Teen People, those kinds of mags.

I loved YM and Seventeen as a kid! Internet Archive has some old issues of Seventeen. If you have access through a university public library, I think ProQuest also has some available. I don’t know of a comprehensive, openly accessible digitized archive though, unfortunately!

Super late, was looking for archived versions online but I have hard copies of most months of Seventeen from 2000-2001 and can send pics!
