Best usb C portable charger?
Anyone have recommendations for a good portable charger? I'd like one that can charge by USB-C and also produce an output for my devices by USB-C.
It seems most of the stuff I'm looking at online seem to have the USBA outputs and I don't have many of those USBA-USBC charging cords laying around.
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a phone plug charger for an Android phone (Huawei P20) that has both USB C and A with fast charging. The reason for needing USB A is due to the charging cable I have at the moment and backwards compatibility in general.
I'm not sure if I need a 65W, more or less phone charger as I've noticed the plug charger state 65W for example which is shared between both USB C and A ports so not sure how much power is needed. I would like fast charging that can support different Android phone brands for future compatibility as oppose to one that uses some proprietary fast charging technology.
The Anker 725 looks good. There are some cheaper options but I'm not sure if it's worth investing in one with more power such as the Anker 725. I'm looking to spend up to £30.
Thanks
My old 27000mAh (100Wh), 100W USB-C power bank has died, and since it was pretty barebones I've been looking around Amazon for something with the newer features that are appearing on smaller power banks. So, here's what I'm hoping to find:
100Wh capacity (airline travel limit)
100W USB-C power-delivery (quick recharging of laptops with USB-C charging)
USB-C pass-thru charging (charging at 100W would be nice-to-have but not essential, since pass-thru charging is often while I'm sleeping and there's plenty of time to get everything charged while I sleep, the challenge is plugging everything in before going to sleep)
Wireless charging for a phone (a nice to have would be the ability to wirelessly charge the power bank from one side while the power bank charges the phone on the other, with them "stacked")
Built-in USB-C cables (some of the newer power banks embed up to four short cables and connectors into the frame of the power bank, sometimes one of every connector: USB-C, micro-USB, USB-A, lightning)
Additional USB-C ports (an additional USB-A port would be a nice-to-have)
Nice to have: A/C plug and transformer - great feature, but the tradeoff is it adds bulk and weight, compared to an identical power bank without it, so I'm fine with having the A/C charger separate
