I ordered a product from an online shop in Denmark two weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered by PostNord. The day after ordering, it's in PostNord's possession. I can see via tracking that it arrived at the package center in my city. The problem is that it's been sitting there for two weeks now. In the meantime, I've ordered other things, also shipped with PostNord, and those arrived within 1-2 days.
I tried their website where they advertise that you can chat with their employees at a certain time, via their app. But when you get the app, you're just met with an AI bot that only answers generic questions. So it's a scam that you can chat with an employee. I've also been on hold on their hotline for over two hours, several times now, without getting through, and without knowing what place I have in the queue.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get help getting my package in a situation like this?
Does anyone know how I actually get in contact with Postnord? I have been trying for weeks.
A packet of 18 bottles of wine ordered for my wedding this Saturday 18th November has not been delivered.
On the app I can see it arrived in Køge on the 26th of October - since then nothing. It is impossible to contact Postnord for help or updates.
In the past 3 weeks I have:
-Used to chatbot on the postnord app but it is no help and nobody answers when I asked to speak to a customer representive
-I have sent 30 emails to postnord complaints & kunden service in the hope that the volume of emails relating to the 1 order will get a response
-I have called postnord on +45 70 70 70 30 several times. I was on hold for 1 hour twice and nobody answered - they also only open between 10-13 week days so I was on hold for 25% of their working day two days in a row.
-I called Postnord Sweden and got through to a support agent in less the 10 minutes. The Swede was nice but he could not help me as they are seperate organizations part of the same parent group and have no special way to contact postnord.
-My vendor says she only has the information I can see on the Postnord app and has no way of contacting them. She can give me a refund eventually when Postnord send her back the package but this is not a good outcome for me.
My danish family and colleagues also have no idea how I can contact post nord.
I'm really at the edge of a breakdown here - there is only 3 days left to the wedding and replacing this much wine will be really expensive.
Has anyone been able to contact postnord? Can anyone help me?

Jeg har generelle henvendelser, og ikke hvor er min pakke eller hvornår bringer i ud bla bla. Men ingen steder kan jeg finde noget kontakt. Der er kun deres forudvalgt chat robot svar. Fandt på et sted hvor man kunne skrive til dem under bestemte kategorier. Men mit spørgsmål gik ikke under dem, men tog en tilfældig kategori og skrev. Men det er ved at være et par uger siden. Er der nogen der ved hvordan man kontakter dem? Mange tak på forhånd
Bestilte en pakke med hjemmelevering, som aldrig kom. Midt på dagen får jeg en besked om, at de har forsøgt at levere min pakke, men at jeg desværre ikke var hjemme...
Jeg har ikke så meget været lokum inden jeg modtog den besked. Vi bor i lejlighed, og vi har (efter egen påstand) nogle af landets mest højlydte dørtelefoner, så hvis de havde ringet på hos naboen, eller naboens anden nabo, så havde jeg stadig hørt det.
I appen kan man eftersigende se et billede af den forsøgte levering. Meen.. I gætter det aldrig.. Den funktion virker ikke lige pt.
Forsøgte at ringe på 70707030 men jeg havde kun tid til at vente 1 time inden jeg havde et møde. Og nu er der lukket. Det har nemlig kun åbent på telefonerne fra 10-13
Har også skrevet lidt med deres chatbot. Den forsikrede mig at den har registreret fejlen inden den lukkede chatten. Det synes jeg var flinkt af den.
TLDR: Dum mand fra København valgte levering med PostNord og mærker nu konsekvensen
