What to do about PostNord tracking BS and massive delays?

To be honest, what you paid for is track and trace, and if it went to Canada, and another company they are in charge of that part of the trip. So there should be a company on your track and trace it has been handed off to. Usually will say it's delivered to so and so terminal, and you should either have an updated track and trace provider for the last leg of the journey, or Post Nord would get theirs updated if they have that collaboration set up (Which they should). If anything you write to Post Nord, and claim that your package is stuck, and then you ask for who it is stuck with, and then call them up. I run a few packages a month and it's always easier to do so by phone, and just get a hold of it's last known location and what to do. Some frustration will await though! More on reddit.com
