IN the amazon.in site it shows prime ...but in primevideo it says no subscriptions are active even though i have prime and it shows up in the shopping site

Running into the same issue. I’m at the sign in screen. QR code and Amazon.com/mytv won’t work. I can scan the QR code and enter the code, but neither will refresh the app on my end. It’s been a few days now. I’ve restarted the Apple TV, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried multiple times.

Ok so I ran into this same issue on the bedroom apple tv. I'll tell you what's wrong. Amazon has recently enforced a device limit which means only 5 devices (out of which 2 tvs can have prime video active on one amazon account). If you are in the same boat as me, you might want to open the prime video app on your phone and navigate to the devices section where you can remove old devices. In my case, out of ignorance I hit the monthly limit for removing devices which means I'm stuck without prime on the bedroom tv. Will have to wait until March 15th to be able to remove more devices and hopefully log in. If that fails I will have to buy a seperate plan for the in-laws so that the 2 allowed tvs are in my household.

Elke keer dat ik de Prime Video-app open, staat er bovenaan de inlogpagina Amazon in plaats van Prime Video. Ik kan niet inloggen, ook al voer ik mijn e-mailadres/wachtwoord correct in. Ik kan perfect inloggen op de website/browser. Ik krijg ook een e-mailmelding dat ik probeer in te loggen op de Amazon-winkelapp terwijl ik duidelijk de Prime Video-app heb gedownload. Kan iemand helpen?

Vandaag kwam ik erachter. De app logt me niet in als de systeemtaal niet Engels is. (was Chinees) Ik ben na dagen van mislukte pogingen succesvol ingelogd door simpelweg mijn systeemtaal naar Engels te veranderen.

Als je Amazon hebt, ga dan naar de 4 balkjes rechtsboven. Je ziet een afbeelding van een doos met het woord Prime. Scrol naar beneden waar je Prime Video ziet om te kijken of dat het probleem oplost. Zo niet, verwijder dan de Amazon Prime-app, maar verwijder de gegevens niet en installeer de app opnieuw. Ik heb dat probleem in het verleden gehad en deze stappen ondernomen. Installeer Amazon Prime opnieuw vanuit de Apple Store, niet van een website. Hopelijk werkt het voor je.
