Try to execute 10cycles of deep cleaning and swab the printhead with a clean tissue parallel its length and do a test print. I’m have issues with my ink cartridges. I decided to purchase refillable ink from Amazon. (BCH INK from Amazon) I heard nothing but good things about it so decided to buy it. I refilled the color ink only, and it came out with lines in the picture. At first I thought it was because I didn’t add enough ink in the cartridge but after I tried putting more ink it overflowed. So it was definitely full. But it still came out with streaks in the paper. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Heard from who? They have zero quality control, there's nothing that says it will actually work and have not been formally tested for compatibility with your device/cartridges. It's the same crap in different packaging for all models. Unfortunately printers don't work this way. Ink is not a universal product and their formulations can be quite specific.

I have a Canon E510 and I usually refill the cartridge with a cheap local 3rd party ink. It works fine for casual use like printing for school or some documents. I have been doing this for years. And the original cartridge would last for about a year before actually needing replacement.
Now would it be better if I use Canon's genuine ink bottles intended to refill an ink tank printer, their PIXMA G series? For example, the GI-790 Ink Bottles.
I could of course tell the difference in printing in which when refilled with the 3rd party, it's not as best as what the cartridge came with.
