Look into HWmonitor, and Aida64 Extreme ( aida you need to pay for to get all the benefits )
Keep in mind that to be able to see temps there has to be a sensor for the system to read from.

UPDATE: I replaced the CPU with an INTEL RMA (I have the same CPU now but different serial number) and the CPU cooler. Now I have a noctua D15 . Today I resumed the PC from sleep and the PC rebooted after 2 min. More on reddit.com

What I want to know is, is there some software that would let me monitor the temperature of the Power Supply as I can my processor. I use CPUID HWMonitor. Hi All,
Since I built my new pc, sometimed I get random reboots (kernel power error 41). I checked everything and my conclusion is that my PSU could be faulty. I would like to monitor the voltage rails over time (12,5, 3.5 volts) and get a report, so I can check if there are any fluctuations in the voltage. Can RGB leds cause such issue?

Back on my old pc I had basically the same issue, the only thing that fixed it for me was disabling a feature in windows 10 called “fast startup”. Your issue could be different but I think that’s worth a try because it’s essentially free.
