On January 1, 2021, copyrighted works from 1925 will enter the US public domain, where they will be free for all to use and build upon. Works include Fitzgerald’s 'The Great Gatsby', Virginia Woolf’s 'Mrs. Dalloway', Hemingway’s 'In Our Time', and Kafka’s 'The Trial' but also films and music

Is there a list of English-language books that will enter the public domain in 2021?
It's clear about the caveat; the list applies to countries that uphold copyright for life+70 years. Ie Most of Europe but not the the USA. I'm guessing you want public domain in the USA? If so then the USA has a section further down the page that links to a list of books that will enter the public domain in the USA in 2021.

Moby Dick, Ulysses, Anna Karenina (the Maude translation for me), Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Middlemarch, etc. I would say more of my favorite books are in the public domain than out of it lol.
