Languages are constantly evolving and many words we think aren’t loan can easily be from a much earlier in time. There’s really no such thing as a “linguistically pure” language. There are tons of languages that try to remain “pure” but end up failing miserably. Best example I can think of is North Korean dialect of Korean. The government is closed off, and actively discourages use of non-Korean/ non-Chinese character words. They still have a bunch of loan words from English and Russian. Like ‘에스키모’ (eskimo) for ice cream, or even just Korean-ized versions of “computer” or “television”. More on reddit.com

Just a note: OP's question 4 invites discussion of political nature, which is strictly against our No Cross, No Crown policy. That being said, the rest of the questions do provide an interesting thought experiment within the context of a conlang, wherein the NCNC policy does not strictly apply as its removed from the real world.
