Has anyone bought the new Purple mattress line up? What's your experience?
Never thought I'd be that person leaving a mattress review, but here we are. Picked up a foam mattress from a big box store last summer. Seemed fine at first. About four months in, my kid started complaining about itchy pajamas. Didn't think much of it until I got a rash too. Changed detergents, no difference. Then I caught my cat playing with something shiny on the bed. Tiny fibers. Did some research and yep, fiberglass from the mattress. Had to replace everything - mattress, bedding, even the kid's stuffed animals. What a nightmare. Bottom line: check mattress labels. If it says fiberglass, keep walking. Not worth the hassle or health risks. More on reddit.com

I have a Purple mattress and it’s worth every damn penny. I used to have a decent foam mattress before, but I would boil myself to death because while foam and gel mattresses absorb heat at the start, they can’t dissipate it throughout the night, so you keep getting hotter and hotter. With the foam mattress I’d have to sleep at 67-68 degrees without any comforters (only a sheet and thin blanket), but with the Purple I can sleep at 72 with a sheet, blanket, and comforter. Mine shows absolutely no signs or feelings of wear after the first 2 years. Maybe if you’re very heavy you’ll wear mattresses more, but that’s an issue with pretty much every mattress you come across. Purple is also the only mattress I’ve found that actually lets me side-sleep and back-sleep comfortably. Every other mattress would either be too compliant for my back, or too stiff for my side. The collapsing grid concept really does work for this quite well. More on reddit.com

I'm looking to buy a new mattress and I've been hearing good things about the new line up from Purple. I'm wondering if anyone here has bought one and what their experience has been like so far.
Specifically, the old models I was interested in the Hybrid 3 or 4. I'm a side sleeper and I'm looking for a mattress that is comfortable and supportive, and I think that translates into the "soft" version of the Restore lineup, or a medium Rejuvinate.
They've only been out for a few weeks, but if you have any experience with the new Purple mattresses, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

I have two Purple Hybrid Premier 4 mattresses. I'm very sad that they discontinued it and wont be making anymore. Was planning on ordering another mattress for another bedroom. I hear they don't even offer a 4 inch purple grid anymore on any of their mattresses.
