How do I move keys:{nested_keys:values} from a nested dict to another one?
dict.pop(key) removes an item from a dictionary based on the key and returns it value. Then add it to the other dictionary with that same key. >>> top_unlock = {"turtleneck":{"Description": "A cardigan.", "cost": 10}} >>> top_lock = {"longsleeve":{"Description": "A long-sleeved top", "cost": 10}} >>> top_lock["turtleneck"] = top_unlock.pop("turtleneck") >>> top_unlock {} >>> top_lock {'longsleeve': {'Description': 'A long-sleeved top', 'cost': 10}, 'turtleneck': {'Description': 'A cardigan.', 'cost': 10}} More on reddit.com
