Stack is a linear data structure that follows the Last-In/First-Out (LIFO) principle. ... Python does not have a built-in stack type, but stacks can be implemented using different data structures.

how to use the Stack()?
There's no type called Stack in the Python standard library. The list type supports all the operations of a stack and thus can be used as one, which is the easiest option: stack = [] stack.append(1) # Push stack[-1] # Peek stack.pop() # Pop There's also collections.deque if performance is a concern. "Deque" stands for "double-ended queue" and is an efficient data structure that can be used as either a stack or a queue. Best python Stack?
There is no such thing as a "best" python stack. Check the local job market to see if Django or flask is more in demand. The way that you phrased the question makes me think you should focus on learning how to program before learning a framework. More on reddit.com

November 27, 2024 - Stack is a linear collection of items. It is a collection of objects that supports fast last-in, first-out (LIFO) semantics for insertion and deletion. In this blog, you'll learn how to implement stack in Python.

Python Stack Data Structure: When and Why to Use it | Codecademy
In this article, we explored what a stack is in Python, how it follows the Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) principle, and where it proves most useful. From undo operations and recursion to expression evaluation and DFS traversal, stacks offer a clean, efficient way to manage temporary or nested data.

5. Data Structures — Python 3.14.7 documentation
1 week ago - [1] This is a design principle for all mutable data structures in Python. Another thing you might notice is that not all data can be sorted or compared. For instance, [None, 'hello', 10] doesn’t sort because integers can’t be compared to strings and None can’t be compared to other types. Also, there are some types that don’t have a defined ordering relation. For example, 3+4j < 5+7j isn’t a valid comparison. The list methods make it very easy to use a list as a stack, where the last element added is the first element retrieved (“last-in, first-out”).

Stack in Python: How To Implement Python Stack?
October 24, 2024 - The term that we use for sending the elements to a stack is known as ‘Push’, whereas the term for deleting the elements from a stack is known as ‘Pop’. Hence, we can say that since a stack has only one open end, pushing and popping can’t take place simultaneously. A pictorial representation of the PUSH and POP operation in the stack has been shown below: The inbuilt datatype of Python that we use to implement Python is the Python list.

Stacks in Python — A Practical Guide to LIFO Data Structures - The New Stack
August 15, 2025 - Native lists are a great choice when you need quick stack implementation for small to medium data sets. Think individual scripts and small applications. Native lists are inefficient when it comes to thread safety and large data volumes. You can make a native list by using Python’s built-in list data structure with stack operations like push() to add an element to and pop() to remove an element from the top of the stack.

4.5. Implementing a Stack in Python — Problem Solving with Algorithms and Data Structures
As we described in Chapter 1, in Python, as in any object-oriented programming language, the implementation of choice for an abstract data type such as a stack is the creation of a new class. The stack operations are implemented as methods. Further, to implement a stack, which is a collection of elements, it makes sense to utilize the power and simplicity of the primitive collections provided by Python.

July 24, 2024 - When a function is invoked the computer stores its state on the stack, which includes local variables and return addresses. This helps the program manage multiple function calls ensuring that execution proceeds smoothly and returns to the correct calling location. In Python expressions get assessed by employing stacks.
