Can’t speak to this one specifically but I got their wool duvet insert recently and I like it a lot. Two things to keep in mind about duvet covers for IKEA inserts. The inserts are not standard sizes so if you get a cover from elsewhere it may not fit precisely. Not necessarily a deal breaker but the other thing is that the inserts don’t have loops either so you could have some movement if the cover is too large. Best to get a duvet cover from IKEA for the best fit. I got linen duvet cover for winter and a cotton/lyocell cover for warmer months and both are great and relatively low priced compared to other stores. More on reddit.com

Comforters or duvets? I use them almost exclusively. With the duvets, there are a lot of options to customize the warmth/material. The duvet covers have slight differences in quality, so watch out for that. Some of them have buttons or snaps for the openings and others have nothing, which annoys me.

Just bought my second one yesterday! I'm a down feather type of person, and we also picked up a few of their down pillows <3 I really do recommend a cover and new sheets too. The cover protects the comforter and adds another layer to your level of comfort, plus, who can keep a white blanket that white? Worth the money yes, I would have willingly spent more.

I have a full-size down Hönsbär duvet (now discontinued) that I'm looking to replace with a king-size version. Does anyone know which current warmth rating this corresponds to? The tag features a blue circle inside an orange square.

That was the “Cool” rating, which corresponds to the “Light Warm” rating on current duvets. HÖNSBÄR was 90% feathers, 10% down, whereas FJÄLLARNIKA is 80% feathers, 20% down, so I’d say that 104.574.71 is the equivalent duvet in a king size.

Hi Everyone,
My Fiancé sleeps hot and I am in the market to get a new Duvet Cover that is linen & Duvet insert that is breathable. Since our current Duvet Cover is from Amazon (MooMee, 100% cotton) with a Down Alternative comforter (Costco, probably polyester).
I haven’t landed on a Duvet Cover yet but I wanted to see if anyone has used this insert before and if they would recommend it to a semi-hot sleeper (Me)

You get what you pay for with IKEA, but my kids have had a couple of these and they’ve been through the wash lots and have held up fine
