That's why the template doesn't have buttons for Additional Customization or Layout Designer to make changes to it. However, you can print (from the File menu's Print Forms option) it to view the list of all the bills you've paid. First, you'll need to ensure the setup of your printing preferences is accurate in the Payroll Settings. If you're using paper for your paystubs, I recommend choosing the Paystubs on plain paper, so you won't have a problem aligning your payroll data. However, if you're using QuickBooks-compatible check paper, ensure it has a proper alignment. For more details, please refer to this link:  Print or reprint paychecks and pay stubs. · Afterward, you may now follow the outlined reference below to download it within the program: · Go to Payroll and select Employees. · Click the Paycheck list hyperlink below the Run payroll button.  · Select and click the paycheck you want to download to view its payroll details. · Click the Print button.  · Once the PDF file shows on the next tab, click the Save icon to download it on your device. · If the paycheck you want to export to the Paycheck list hyperlink. I'll share details about producing paystubs for contractors in QuickBooks Online. · Currently, generating or creating pay stubs for your contractor isn't an option. You can create a check and print it for recording purposes. · Here's how: · Go to the Payroll menu on the left panel. · Choose the Contractors tab. · Select the dropdown next to the contractor's name and click Write check. · Select the expense account you use to track paychecks from the Corresponding account in QuickBooks field. · When you're ready to prepare the check, hit Save and Close to send the check to your print queue.
