I've my assignment due on 29th October and my professor has told us that he'd use Quillbot Plagiarism Checker. If you know any tool that's capable of 100% bypassing it then please ping me up.
I have two essays due and I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with quillbot
Since it’s an important essay I’m checking if it’s ai generated but I do this in chunks of 200 words because if I put in the whole paragraph it always says no ai detected
Should I trust it when I put it in full paragraph or in parts ?
I try to change the bits marked by ai but sometimes it just says that my edits make the rest of it sound like ai instead of just saying no ai was used n getting worried cus I made a small change n it went from 20% to 60% n I was like wtf 😭😭

One thing many of our content clients want is for the text to be undetectable as AI-written by tools like Quillbot.
While we have no issues using tools like Quillbot, BypassGPT, and AI Humanizer for AI detection, we still rewrite the AI-detected content by hand until no more AI is detected.
We've dabbled with a few of these tools' AI to Human-sounding generators, but they are always shit.
Take a look at BypassGPT's result: https://imgur.com/a/a1JgwPr
Our text was generated using our very specific series of prompts, and it's detected as 100% AI. BypassGPT's response was done however they do it and it's undetectable as AI...buuuut it's absolute garbage.
Sounds way more robotic, and some of it barely even makes sense.
HumanizeAI: https://imgur.com/a/B1mrmqZ and HixAI: https://imgur.com/a/pYy9MqR can work for, like, a single sentence, but they start to fall apart really quickly and sometimes add new details that don't make sense.
We've tried AI Humanizer, BypassGPT, HixAI, Semihuman, Humbot, AI Humanize, and probably a few more. They aren't always as bad as the above every time, but they all produce bad results regularly enough that we end up spending at least as much time editing the Humanizer's work as we would rewriting the section.
Are there any reliable AI humanizers out there? Even better if there's an API.
So I did use gpt for my essay but simply for idea and how to expand things, and more points I could make, I never copy pasted off it. So i put my essay though Zerogpt, grammaly, Ai detector, and all of them said human written or giving me low percentage, but quill Bot is giving me 57% chance ai text generated.???

Test Preparation
We will be using ChatGPT for our experiment. We will use the content produced by ChatGPT and place them onto Quillbot and StealthGPT's bypass tools. We will then test to see if they can bypass well known AI detectors.
Popular AI detectors such as GPTZero, Originality, and TurnItIn will be used for this experiment. We will provide images showcasing how Quillbot compares against StealthGPT.
Finally, we will make a conclusion based on the experiment to see whether or not Quillbot actually works.
Quillbot Against GPTZero, Originality, and TurnItIn
Firstly, let's come up with a text written by ChatGPT. Here's the prompt that we will be using for the experiment.
Let's copy this text from ChatGPT and use Quillbot’s paraphraser tool for the experiment.
Quillbot Against GPTZero
Quillbot received a 91% probability score of AI content. All sentences were detected as AI generated. Let's see how well Quillbot does against Originality and TurnItIn.
Quillbot Against Originality
Quillbot receives 100% AI detection score through Originality. It's not looking too good for Quillbot. Before we make a comparison, let's give them hope that they can go up against TurnItIn.
Quillbot Against TurnItIn
Quillbot could not bypass GPTZero, Originality, and TurnItIn. Before we come up with conlusions, let's see how well StealthGPT does against GPTZero, Originality, and TurnItIn.
StealthGPT Against GPTZero, Originality, and TurnItIn
Now, let's compare StealthGPT against GPTZero, Originality, and TurnItIn. We'll take the same text from ChatGPT and convert it to StealthGPT beforehand.
StealthGPT Against GPTZero
StealthGPT receives just 2% AI written score from GPTZero. It's a good sign for StealthGPT but let's not get too excited just yet. Let's see how well StealthGPT does against Originality and TurnItIn.
StealthGPT Against Originality
Not once but twice that StealthGPT is able to bypass major AI detectors. Let's see how well they do against TurnItIn to see if it's not a fluke.
StealthGPT Against TurnItIn
StealthGPT is able to bypass all three AI detectors compared to Quillbot which never managed to bypass one.
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, it turns out that Quillbot fails to bypass major AI detectors such as GPTZero at 91% AI detection score, Originality at over 100% AI written score, and TurnItIn at 100% AI content score. Quillbot fails to claim itself as the best paraphraser tool out there.
Comparatively, StealthGPT goes beyond expectations and achieved over 2% AI detection score on GPTZero, 0% on Originality, and TurnItIn. This is a major breakthrough for college, highschool students, and other professions out there who want to avoid AI detection. It's clear who the true winner is as StealthGPT reigns supreme as the best AI humanizer platform out there currently.
StealthGPT currently ranks as the best AI bypasser website and this experiment proves it. We will continue to experiment with other undetectable AI websites to see their capabilities and trustworthiness. Check out our blog post here.
Quillbot vs StealthGPT's Value and Pricing
Quillbot Pricing
StealthGPT's Pricing
Starting at $14.99 per month for 100,000 Undetectable AI words, 1 user, and with chrome extension. $19.99 for 500,000 words per month and $29.99 for 1,000,000 words per month. An annual option of $99.99 for 100,000 words per month, $199.99 for 500,000 words per month, and $299.99 for 1,000,000 words per month.
Quillbot vs StealthGPT's value
Quillbot offers a slightly higher price than StealthGPT starting at $19.95 per month for unlimited words in paraphraser. Meanwhile, StealthGPT starts off at $14.99 for 100,000 words per month. However, It's important to note that both platforms offer different needs to its users. Quillbot paraphrases words to make it seem written by the user but can still be detected by AI detectors. Compared to StealthGPT, which can paraphrase and bypass AI detectors. While Quillbot's unlimited words seem enticing, if the users' needs are to paraphrase and bypass AI detectors, then StealthGPT is for them. In terms of value, both platforms are similar as StealthGPT has tones and modes for its users as well. StealthGPT has tones ranging from casual to academic. It also has low to high mode for undetectability that Quillbot doesn't have. In the end, its up to the users to decide which platform offers more value as Quillbot and StealthGPT offer similar but different needs for its users.

Hey everyone, sorry for going a bit off-topic for our subreddit, but I think this is actually an interesting discussion. According to Ahrefs, over 70% of new content online is now AI-generated. I keep seeing people freak out about what’s coming next - like, will all this AI content get penalized by Google / Bing? Should we be worried about using phrases like “in the era of digital transformation,” “let’s dive in,” or “in this comprehensive step-by-step guide”? (Honestly, those make me laugh now.) Btw, if you're interested in reading about ai detectors i have nice tutorial as well!
So, writers seem pretty anxious about the future, and it’s not just them - students are cutting corners with AI too, using prompts and so-called “AI humanizers” to try to make their stuff undetectable. So, I decided to test all these free “humanizing” tricks and tools to see if it’s actually possible to make AI text pass as human and get past all the detectors.
I have used a lil bit (actually a lot) of quillbot for paraphrasing but my teacher didn't say anything when she checked my turnitin report. Is my teacher careless or am i cooked?
Posting this here because the Quillbot subreddit looks pretty dead and I’m out of places to ask.
I’ve been using Quillbot’s AI humanizer on and off for a while. Mostly for small rewrites whenever a paragraph felt too Ai-ish. I always assumed it was one of the safer tools out there, maybe even the best free AI humanizer if you needed a quick fix. And it worked for a while actually. My past papers never raised any questions.
But this week something changed. I ran my draft through Quillbot’s humanizer the same way I usually do, checked it for weird phrasing, and felt confident it looked natural. How naive of me.
As you already might have guessed, my professor ran the paper through Turnitin and the AI score showed it was AI-generated. So, of course, I had to rewrite the paper fully on my own, and now the professor is suspicious of everything I submit.
Maybe I just got unlucky, idk. Maybe Turnitin’s detection has improved or Quillbot’s humanizer has changed.
Anyway, what is the best AI humanizer today that works well consistently in your opinion?
Has anyone here had a similar experience with Quillbot? And if you use a humanizer by Studyagent, how reliable has it been for you so far?
Disclaimer: I’m not looking for promotions or debates, I need to understand what went wrong and avoid repeating the same mistake because I can’t afford another warning from my professor.
For reference, Quillbot is (as I understand it) an AI-based browser tool that has a variety of uses, including a Paraphraser, a Grammar Checker, a Plagiarism Checker, Quillbot Flow (not sure what that is), a Summarizer, a Citation Generator, and a Translator. There may be more in the Premium version, but I have only played around with the free version.
I've been experimenting with it, particularly the grammar checker and paraphraser, as my biggest weaknesses are grammar and odd wording, and I feel like it's greatly improved my writing.
However, I am aware that this sub can be quite against AI in the context of writing. But it seems like Quillbot AI can't write for you, unlike things like Chatbot. So I wanted to see people's thoughts on it as a writing aid, and either find out if it's still as unethical as other AI and/or share a potentially useful tool.
EDIT: After experimenting, I've discovered that Quillbot will eventually stop you from using it unless you make an account. That is a big black mark against it for me, and possibly for others.
Yesterday was my first experience using an AI humanizer. I watched a video that said if I used AI to write an article, I should run it through a humanizer before posting it. I'm using phrasly.ai as it was what was recommended.
After I used the humanizer on my article and ran the AI check, it said it was 100% likely to be written by a human. This is what I expected. What I didn't expect was that if I change just a few words to make the article more to my liking, and run it through the humanizer again, now it will say that the article is anywhere from 30% to 80% likely to be written by AI.
OK, so then I wrote an article 100% from scratch. I know that it is all human generated because I wrote it myself. But when I run it through the check on Phrasly, it says the article is 70% likely to have been written by AI.
Now I'm looking for advice and I have several questions. Are humanizers legitimate? Am I just using a bad one, or do all of them say that a human-written article looks like it was AI written just so you'll use their humanizer service? Do you use a humanizer? Should I use one? Which do you recommend?
Hi everyone,
I was born and raised in a different country and I want to improve my english writing skills. Which one do you prefer to get a subscription? Or do you even suggest to have a writing subscription in the first place?
Thanks!
I'm looking to write articles (using AI obviously) for a website and need them to be listed as under 20% AI written on quillbot's AI detector and under 10% AI written on zeroGPT.
Right now I'm actually paying someone to paraphrase and re-write my articles line by line. Not ideal.
I have a stupid assignment in my English class that isn’t even really graded, and I need a recommendation for an AI humanizer. It’s important that it works with Turnitin and all the other major checkers. I’m willing to pay a fee for it since I only need it once. So anything is fine. Just please give me recommendations that actually work and are proven to work with recent updates of AI, checking technology, and such.
I’ve read tools like UnAIMyText, that make AI-generated content sound more human-like, but are there other tools that do the same? I’m looking for something that can refine the tone and make it less detectable by AI detection systems. I've also seen mentions of tools like Jasper AI, QuillBot, and Content at Scale, do they work well for this too?
So, I wrote a post and some comments suggested it appeared to be AI written. It certainly wasn't but it made me think that many people use AI and then try to humanise AI outputs for various reasons. It is certainly possible to make it undetectable but is there any point of doing that?
You can humanise any AI written text for free in 4 steps:
Give AI specific instructions to replicate your style. It can be something very simple like: "Analyse style, verbosity, perplexity and burstiness of this document. Rewrite your previous document in this exact style." There are, of course, a lot more sophisticated prompts around.
Remove embedded unicode characters using one of many free online tools (optional, but recommended)
Paste your text in a good AI detector, something like Scribbr or Quillbot
Add some 'human' touches if needed until it is fully undetectable. You can do it directly within an AI detection tool
In the example below I only used step 1:
AI written text - Chat GPT o4 mini
After step 1 only
So, is there any point of doing that at all???
After taking help from Chatgpt the first time to write my paragraph, I rewrote the sentences in the paragraph in my own words to get rid of the ai detection in quillbot but still there's always 31% ai detection. Any idea why?
Hi guys, I've been digging around and haven't found a satisfactory AI humanizer that works for me in terms of bypassing AI detectors but also keeping context and not just deleting words.
I just tried to prompt engineer several LLMs, which was interesting as my overall AI score was lower than before. It's still too high to use though.
What's your approach?
EDIT: Tested basically every solution and nothing is correctly working. But: someone send me a PN about https://rephrasy.ai which does a really great job so far!
Little update here from September 2025: I did a in depth research about AI Humanizer and if they are really needed. Rephrasy is still one of the best AI Humanizer too.
Check it here.
