Spotter Network is a non-profit organization that provides reporting capabilities for trained storm spotters. Spotter Network members can log into their account in RadarScope to view spotter reports and locations, share their own location with spotter network, and submit reports.

This must be done from the device you used to purchase the Tier Two Pro subscription. How it works is when creating your RadarScope account, RadarScope looks to your device's connected app store account to verify if you have an active Tier Two Pro subscription.

The Microsoft App Store does not supported multiple tiered subscription purchases. If you wish to purchase a Tier Two Pro subscription, you can do so via iOS, Android, and macOS. Your subscription can then be shared to your Windows device via the RadarScope Connect account login.

Spotter Network Reports - Members of the Spotter Network can also submit reports to Spotter Network using the share button. To do so, you must be logged into a Spotter Network account that has reporting privileges and RadarScope must have permission to access your device location.

RadarScope offers multiple data providers for radar data and some supplemental products. You can select your preferred data provider in the app settings. If one provider should experience downtime, you can switch to another as a backup until your preferred provider is back online.
