Are R.ID 3rd party community drivers better than the optional 25.6.3 drivers?
No, don't even bother trying them. Stick to official drivers, I remember trying them for my RX 580 and they sucked More on reddit.com

I used the website to redeem 4 games since 2019 with no problem. They just ask you to email the receipt and pics of the packaging, got all my codes redeemed. I think they're just the local distributor, not AMD themselves, but they're legit. More on reddit.com

GPU in question: 9070xt
I have very little knowledge in3rd party drivers. Ive only seen a video from ancient gameplays and they looked pretty promising however that video was quite a bit ago. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience or answers thanks guys

No, don't even bother trying them. Stick to official drivers, I remember trying them for my RX 580 and they sucked

I'd only go with community drivers as a last resort. Like on Windows, they really messed up the drivers for Polaris and games like Halo Infinite are unplayable even though they shouldn't be. AMD hasn't bothered fixing it either so you're either stuck using 2+ year old driver version or just not playing the game, but that's not the case on the community drivers. That's the only reason I'd go with them.

so lately i was browsing some exotic tech blog and there was a link or ad, can't remember, which pointed to an amd indonesia website. now i was wondering because the site itself pretends to be official but also looks "semi scuffed"... if this is really oficially representing amd in indonesia. or are these impostors of a kind, not judging it to be illegal right away. certainly would be questionable if this is a non-amd entity posing as amd.

they use the official amd font and their logos, they dont distance themselves from amd, nor do they actively state in privacy statement / disclaimers / contact info that they indeed are amd. it's kind of really giving me strange vibes. i don't know who might know, and i will not tag random employees obviously. but if at least someone could shed light on it, i'd be thankful.

this is the site that's linked from the nimez driver download at sourceforge. they frame it like part of the official amd network/sites. in europe or usa you wouldn't be able to do it because amd is a registered trademark, plus the icon and corporate identity. unless it is your family name. see famous mcdonalds court cases ;-) alas, i suspect indonesia does not enforce this - correct me if i'm wrong. OR it hasn't made big enough waves yet.
