I'm going for the first time at the end of May and want to know what to expect when going there.
I got a 5PM reservation for 3 on a Tuesday, so not sure if it will be as busy as usual. I'm concerned about the dress code, not sure how hot it is in Vegas on the month of May, don't want to regret wearing jeans in 90 degree weather.
I don't mind how expensive it is there, since I'm a GR fan and been to some of his restaurants on the east coast before where I'm from.
I read some reviews on Google and Yelp and some were negative reviews from the greeters up front and some of the servers. Hopefully I don't run into them when I go. I'm a bit anxious so fill me in please.
Feel free to share how the food was there too, I'm definitely getting my hands on that Sticky Toffee pudding :), the best damn dessert that I ever had at a restaurant that I have been to.

Don't overthink it. 90 degrees isn't exactly scorching and it's not like you have to walk 2 miles in the heat to get to the restaurant.

Just dress like a sensible adult and you will be fine. No need to dress to the 9s unless you want to, but also don't show up in swimwear, a bunch of sports gear or anything offensive. Their website says "business casual", but just think of it as "Vegas business casual." The restaurant is always busy and you will probably have a slight wait even with a reservation. I've been 3 times and never had an issue with the greeters or any of the staff. Don't go in and expect them to be slow paced, ask you how you are doing and sit down to have a conversation with you. They are just kind of what you would expect of staff working at a super busy restaurant. Busy, wanting to make sure you have a good experience, and also working with like 10 other groups of people at the same time. Sticky toffee pudding is definitely the best thing on the menu with the beef wellington as a close second.
