I like to collect obscure words. I have them in my Obscure Word Dictionary I've been building, separated into nouns, adjectives, and verbs! So far I have 77 of them. I like to write, mainly science fiction, but all sorts of stuff really, and I love to collect things, so I figured I'd combine the two. I also collect coins, stones, and pokemon cards now because I like the art. But yeah, if you want a word you might not have heard before all you gotta do is ask! And in the meantime, anyone else out there like to collect things?

Ultracrepidarian: someone who has no special knowledge of a subject but who expresses an opinion on it.

Synastry: concurrence of starry position or influence upon two persons : similarity of condition or fortune prefigured by astrology

Clowder: a group of cats.

Edit: You know, I have come to find that everyone, literally everyone, knows at least one or two words like this. It's actually a really special thing I think. And I love collecting them from the people I know, and that's why, I think, this reddit post feels really special to me. Like y'all are throwing out your favorite odd words, and I've added a ton to my dictionary today thanks to you guys. And it just goes to show everyone's got a little something special about them.
