March 18, 2020 - Just got a Razer blackwidow elite and i noticed the num pad 9 key didnt work, but i went onto keyboard tester and it did show that i clicked the key but wouldnt type. So i downloaded key tweak and just made the key 9 the same for the num pad 9 key, so its just mirroring it so it works.

I just got a Razer Blackwidow Elite and a Razer Firefly Hard Edition delivered today. I also have a Razer Deathadder Essential that I got a couple of weeks ago. However, Razer Synapse isn't detecting my Razer Blackwidow Elite? The keyboard and the lights on it work. I'm even using the USB passthrough for my Deathadder which is working fine and is detected by synapse. The firefly is detected too. Why isn't my blackwidow elite showing up? I didn't plug in the 3.5mm jack because I dont know where to plug it in. Is that why?
EDIT: Solved, just had to reinstall synapse. One question though, where do I plug the jack in?
