Yes it has 1000hz polling. Honestly this is just fine, 8k polling at best gives you a 0.75 ms boost over 1k polling, but if you can even notice that you're probably a super human.

I tried to change the polling rate of the keyboard as it occasionally double presses a couple keys, but it seems like on both Synapse 3 and 4 the entire Performance tab is missing so I can't change the polling rate at all. It should appear under Keyboard Properties in its own section, and it doesn't. My Basilisk v3's tab does, and I can adjust that polling rate.

this is a problem with all blackwidow v4's (i also have one but its not the X). i have the polling rate option and it doesnt fix the issue at all. Im not sure why you dont have it, but you aint missing much. if you want it fixed buy a different keyboard or deal with it. both options suck but its what you got.
