While Razer dropped support for macOS years ago, the community has stepped up to provide their own apps to manage the color effects on the brand's devices. The previous go-to, Razer-macOS has seemingly been abandoned by its developer, and a new one has recently taken the mantle. It's a universal binary that supports most Razer Chroma-enabled devices, even newer ones like the BlackWidow V4. I've tested it on my MBP under Sonoma 14.4 with a Huntsman Mini, Huntsman V2, and a Viper Mini, and it works a treat. Here's where to get it:

Yes you can use the open source repositories* to change the lighting natively on your Mac, but for the longest time I wanted to do "more" with my devices when not using my PC. Synapse won't run using WINE, Whiskey, or any variation of Game Porting Toolkit.
So I figured, ok, I'll try Parallels. The regular version of Synapse 3 will detect my keyboard and mouse (Blackwidow V3 Pro, and Naga Pro), but doesn't actually do anything with them. Womp!
Fast forward like a year and a half, saw a post about how less resource-intensive The New Synapse is (it's great), and I figured I'd give it a shot. I am so happy to say that The New Synapse picks up my keyboard/mouse in the VM, and it works great. For fun, I installed Barrier and just leave the VM running in the background while "crossing over" the mouse/keyboard input back to macOS.
I don't know why you'd necessarily "want" to do this, as the overhead of running a whole VM just to get Synapse running is kind of a waste (come on Razer, port to macOS already!), but I wanted to write this up just in case anyone was googling - old info is old, The New Synapse works with Parallels.
*references for software that works without virtualization, but only changes lighting:
https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos/releases <-- tends to be the most popular, works fine for me.
https://openrgb.org/ <-- doesn't work with my Naga Pro (mouse does not move when app is open) but works at times with my Blackwidow V3 Pro.
