Delete the three modules "DealsModule", "ImageAdjustModule", and "SpaceRadarModule". Save the changes to this file. (I had to manually change permissions in Properties) Launch Razer Cortex. Razer Cortex suddenly was not launching correctly- it just sits on a load screen that loops indefinitely. I've tried every possible solution and nothing works. Now I'm sitting here with a fresh install of windows and Razer still won't work, I rely on it for this particular device to keep RAM load light when I'm doing heavy tasks on it, is there a solution I am missing? If not, I will take a recommendation on a different service.
Could be a shot in the dark but I have a hunch that it may be something in the System Booster > Speed Up options that triggered it.
Steps attempted:
- Launch as admin/compatibility modes
- Ensure Razer tasks end before reattempt
- Clean install of Razer
- manually delete Razer items from the Registry
- Soft Reset / Hard Reset Windows 10

This may have happened because Razer Cortex wrote more data to the buffer (place on the memory where temporary data is stored) than the amount that was reserved for the it.
To try solve this you can follow the steps below:
> Right-click your Windows start menu icon
> Select Windows PowerShell (Admin)
> Type sfc /scannow and press enter and wait until it finishes
> Check if it was fixed.
If this doesn't work or solve, try the following:
> Right-click your Windows start menu icon
> Select Windows PowerShell (Admin)
> Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press enter and wait until it finishes
> Check if it was fixed.
