Unfortunately it doesn't look like anyone makes replacements for these because of their design. Razer is definitely selling a faulty product and it is well known. Razer mechanical switches are Mx compatible. So most replacement keys will fit the stems. The only odd thing is that the size of the keys on the bottom row are not standard. Most decent brands come with extra keys to cover non standard layouts, so you need to check any set you buy and compare it to your board. They don’t really advertise as razer comparable except the ones sold by razor. More on reddit.com
