I’ve got RBC Banking and Car Insurance. I’ve recently got an RBC credit card and I wanted to swap my insurance to go through my credit card (then for it to automatically pay the credit balance), however I can’t login to my RBC Insurance.

I’ve tried using my Name, my name in all caps, just my first name, my card number, and every variation of those as the username (and obviously my actual email) and the password I know it should have, I’ve tried alternate passwords it might’ve been if I’ve been mistaken, and every variation of those. And when all else failed I put in my one and only email and used the “forgot my password” thing which is supposed to send me an email but I haven’t received anything, and I’ve tried multiple times over the last month to reset my password but I have received no emails.

I’m really reluctant to call because I just don’t want to, it’s annoying that I can’t do it fully online, all I want to do is change the payment method of my insurance but can’t login to my RBC Insurance.
