Looking to get my first tv for my bedroom; currently looking at the RCA 32” Android LED Smart TV with Google Assistant.
Any good or should I choose something else?
EDIT: Since RCA’s are no good lol, which of these would be worth it? https://m.visions.ca/#!/home-productlist?cateId=12&menuId=14
A Shoppers near my house is selling a 60” 4K UHD SMART TV for $315 (well, $380, but you get a $75 gift card with purchase). I am wondering if RCA TVs are any good, I think they used to be, but not sure where they stand now, or if I should wait for another sale. My current tv is a 40” Panasonic that I have had for 6 years. I just want something bigger.
It’s only a 2 day sale, so any advice would be great.

Are you looking for a tv that has a terrible interface and just craps out soon as your warranty goes out? Look no further.
RCA IS THE BEST FOR YOU.
If you’re looking for a tv to give to an enemy of your choosing, this …is ..THE.. one.
Stray away, don’t be thrifty. Get a better brand…
Are the RCA 4k TVs being sold in Wal Mart any good?
Hi, my friend bought a TV from a company called RCA in Canada recently and from day 1 it was faulty/damaged ( it had 3 red dots on the screen that wouldn't go away). She contacted the store and they told her to process the refund she would have to contact the customer service department at RCA. Its taken over 3 weeks to get to a point where she's received an email asking her to cut the cord of the TV and to remove or cover the serial number, model number and case file numbers on the TV. Apparently they need her to do this to process the claim and then to send them pictures once she's done this.
Is this normal? It seems a bit weird to ask her to intentionally damage the TV and remove all identification of the TV before processing her claim. I've emailed them on her behalf and also reached out to The Consumer Protection Department in Ontario to see if they can shed any light on it.
If anyone has any advice or help it would be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
I’m not looking to drop a ton of money on a TV but I want the best viewing experience possible and was thinking of this TV because it’s the cheapest QLED TV out there but I’m concerned about reliability.

I have a 1989 RCA television and I was curious about the quality of these older televisions. Are they good quality?
Hey guys. Bought a RCA RLDED5098-UHD from Walmart for $300 and moved it into my dorm. Was super happy and thought it looked great... until movie night rolled around and I had 8 people watching Fate of the Furious at 15fps because this TV is that choppy, has 1second of input lag, a dead pixel, etc. If there's anything to do to fix everything but the dead pixel before I drive it back to Walmart tomorrow, please let me know. Else, is there anything good quality of comparable size at the $300 mark? I don't care if it's 4K or not as long as playing video games on it doesn't physically hurt my eyes.
Edit: looking at this Vizio D48F-EO from BestBuy. Seems its fairly new and has no returns. Should this be better? It's not 4k and is two inches smaller but hopefully at the same pricepoint as the piece of shit on my TV stand, the difference in build quality will make a difference.
I bought this TV in 2001 amor leave and I’ve used it for a few hours at the most. But my son left it on for like a week and ever since then he has had this screen issue. If anyone can help me figure out what I can do to fix it. I would really appreciate it. I have tried to do the factory reset thing by turning it if and unplugging it for a certain amount of time and it didn’t help. But anything you can tell me I would really appreciate
RCA smarTVirtuoso 65” SMART 4K UHD TV Model # RNSMU6540
I've been in the market for a 65" 4K TV for a while but I didn't want to pay 1500+. Today I found a 65" RCA 4K TV (Model #PRK65A65RQ) for 800 bucks at Sams Club. Seems a little too good to be true. Anybody here have any experience with RCA?
Thanks in advance.
I'm looking for a cheap, big no-frills LED TV for my living room and saw this 65'' LED LCD at Walmart. I want something with decent picture quality and don't need a smart tv/netflix/etc. Looking around, I can't find any real reviews outside of Walmart's webpage, and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it:

Currently I have a 60'' LG plasma in my living room and it is unusable during the daytime due to the glare (I just moved to an A-Frame style house, my living room has an entire wall of windows). I primarily want this for gaming, but mostly play RPGs and am not a huge stickler for input lag. Also, only having 2 HDMI ports doesn't bother me, I already have a switch.
I had already been warned not to buy television in a drugmart but yet, because they were on sale at a Shoppers Drugmart, and I wanted to use my optimum points, I disregarded this warning.
I recently bought a RCA 65 inches 4K TV with a WebOS by LG. I wanted to use the LG Channels on this RCA TV but says LG Channels is not available for my region. I have another tv with LG Channels working so I know that LG channels is available here in Canada.
I called XUMO, who provides LG Channels and found out that my TV was activated in the US and thus the features are made for the US users. They said LG Channels will only work in Canada if the TV is activated in Canada.
This TV will not let me change the location upon startup. It is indeed defaulted as “USA”
I am still in contact with RCA Tech support but no answer yet.
I wonder if there is any way to reactivate this TV for Canada. Or a magic key to force the TV to change the location. Or any solutions on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
I have a 32” Xbox Ready model. It’s one of the best CRT’s imo.
Hi, since my tv doesn't have bluetooth I tried buying a receiver and use it to listen to my Tv audio with some wireless headphones. The receiver is this one: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/61Da4fdC20L._AC_SL1200_.jpg
As you can see you can use it through a standard 3.5mm jack and it works fine, but I don't know how to use it with the rca cables, since my Tv only support those (I think). When i plug them in and connect my headphones to the receiver, the audio is still played through the Tv speakers.
I'd be really glad if anyone could help me
