Hello! I am new to React Native and I’m not a huge courses guy. I prefer reading over watching videos most of the time, especially because I think written content often gives you more information regarding the subject.
So, I was wondering if you know of any books that can teach the basics to advanced concepts of RN, so I am informed of the framework in and out. Most books I came through used class components. I prefer to use books that teach using functional components, hooks, and all the latest and greatest RN has to offer. Thanks in advance!

I'm currently working through "Professional React Native" by Alexander Benedikt Kuttig and I like it so far. It hits the sweet spot for me personally: It's up-to-date (published 6 months ago) and has a very hands-on approach with many examples and references to current best practices. It goes over the basics pretty quickly, but the rest can be filled with online documentation, I find. With around 230 pages it's a compact but still complete walk through a lot of topics.
