I assume that each level of reactive is %age proc.
Does anyone know how much %age does each level give?
I had Reactive 3 on an armor every time I get burned, posioned or anything related to getting damge over time it drains so much mana.
So I thought making one with level 1 or 2 so that whatever spell is on the armor won’t proc as much therefore not much mana useage.
Another question is how do you efficiently use the reactive enchantment?

It is 25% each level. Most people use self heal or aquatic for infinite water breathing. Expensive spells will drain your mana fast though with a high reactive level!

Can you still make reactive enchants? If you can how do you do it the new version 1.19.2 does not have examples in it's manual. I just want to make an item heal myself whenever I punch IE my spellbook but I have no idea what the enchanting materials that are required. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
