But still no Express Passes

As a former passholder who let it lapse (waiting for Epic to be added to the pass options), I'm happy to see that single-day tickets for Epic Universe are able to be purchased now! May is fully blocked out, but June is still totally available.

I'll be going June 2nd - so excited that this park is finally going to be real!

Hi, I am trying to book a one day ticket for Epic Universe for early June. However, the app is showing all dates greyed out. Are they yet to make the tickets available or have they completely gotten sold out for May and June? Further, there are some third party sites selling tickets for Epic like Viator. Can they be trusted?
Thanks.
Hi, I was planning to go to epic universe on may, 30th. Pretty close to their opening. It is a personal special day and the only park I want to go to is epic universe (I’ve been to the other ones not long ago). Why do we have to get a 3 day ticket minimum to get 1 day access to epic universe??? I know it’s their marketing strategy and I suspect it is to limit crowd capacity. But, damn I really wanted to go. I was going to plan for one day and not worry about hotels, boarding my dog overnights, etc. But, it seems like I do not have a choice unless I wait a few of months until there is one. Just making this post to rant but also to see if someone else would know about something or if I missed something on the website. If not, that’s alright, I’ll plan the trip again in a couple of months. Thank you! For the people who are going soon, have fun!!!
Has anyone been able to buy tickets at the park/gate even if the online option was showing sold out?
It's been quite a day with single day tickets going on sale for Epic Universe. Share your thoughts/questions/rants here to keep the feed clean from repeated posts. For those that are not pass holders, Universal has stated that more ticket options will become available closer to opening day.
I dont understand how for the 2+1 day at epic ticket people are still allowed to pick opening day? Theres no way they havent oversold by thousands at this point.
Hey all! I am in Orlando until Sunday the 25th and would love to check out Epic Universe, but (of course) all dates for this week already seem sold out. I'm not really familiar with Universal's ticketing system, but do they offer a resell market anywhere? Or is anyone willing to resell their ticket?
Thanks!
If you are wanting a midweek day ticket, get them as soon as you can. I was surprised how quickly the cheaper mid week tickets are selling out for the next few months. Some days in September and October are already gone. According to thrill data, some other days now at 40% availability or below. I think this is people booking after firming up trips for HHN.
Even if it has to be a 3 day pass. The app/ website still don't let me buy them. I tried contacting Universal and they won't respond. :(
Hi,
We're going to be coming in and staying on the 15th to the 25th of November and want to do Epic Universe from out of town from the West Coast and we're going to be flying in.
I was wondering is there any local spots to get discount tickets JUST for Epic Universe? I understand that prices can vary depending on the day you go. I know coming in October for a cruise they had this booth set up at this gift shop next to the waffle house where you could get $140 credit towards a park ticket for going to a 90-minute presentation which is probably for a timeshare.
But I'm more looking for if there's any places that just offer discount tickets locally because there's a lot of places that say they sell like discount tickets or you can get tickets at like Walmart and things like that or even at like our hotel we're staying at they will offer tickets but I don't know if it's any of a discount.
I saw that undercover tourist has a deal but for the deal you have to go to Universal and Epic universe and we just want to do Epic Universe.
Also I'm aware that people that they have annual passes can get like 15% off tickets for Epic Universe but it sounds like for those it's only for pass holders and a Passover cannot purchase the discount tickets for family and friends that are a passholder.
Because we're going to be pretty tight for our budget and we're trying to save wherever possible as my friend that's coming with me he's only going to have just over $600 budget for parks and for food and we're skipping Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure so that we can go to Epic Universe since we're doing the Orlando Informer event for Universal Orlando in it Islands of Adventure either that first weekend on Saturday or the next weekend after.
I have seaworld, Busch Gardens, and Disney covered for us for the trip already.
I have a friend that we normally get comp tickets from that works for Universal each year and I know as of August 2025 team members get 2 tickets a month for Epic Universe but unfortunately their 2 tickets for November are already taken for November and we don't know of any other team members that work there.
We don't have a specific day that we're going yet the only day that would be restricted is obviously the day we're coming in on the 15th, the 18, and the 25 when where leaving to go back home. But we're open to other days.
Someone also said the best day to go would be Saturday for less crowded lines which normally for places that I've gone to it's busy on Saturdays but again this is more of a touristy area then locals people are coming in from all over the place and usually on the weekends maybe they're trying to fly home or something and it's not as busy because weekends is mostly locals?
I mean as much as we don't really want to we're seriously considering finding a time to do this 90 minute presentation get $140 off tickets each but would rather have other means otlf trying to save on tickets.
If anyone has info that would be great.
Me and my girlfriend are from the UK and have already booked to go to Disney and universal next year coincidently in the first couple of weeks whilst epic universe is open. We would both love to go to Epic universe to see what it’s about but we already have our tickets and obviously it’s not included. Surely they will release single day admission tickets, does anyone know when this will be and have an idea of how much this will cost?
I am sorry if this sounds asinine. I don't know how to attach a picture. We have never gone to Universal and I'm trying to book a package for June with the Hard Rock resort. We are staying four nights. By default, the ticket options say "3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket". I take this to mean four total park days. 3 park days, plus the Epic Universe day.
Under checkout, however, it states "Valid any 3 days from Jun 08 - 13, 2025" in small print.
HELP! I am so lost.
Me and my husband are purchasing tickets for our nieces graduation they have never been and we only have time to go for one day because it’s a week trip around Florida. So will they miss out on Universal if we just get Epic tickets? Will it been too much and not worth it to get Universal Studios tickets and Epic tickets for one day?
Any idea when single day tickets for non pass holders will go on sale? Not overly interested in buying the big bundle
This is surely due to max capacity right? Just booked a single-day ticket add-on to 6/6, worried that by the end of the week it'll be sold out through 6/8.
2 days (3+1 combo + 1 extra day ticket) will be enough at Epic Universe... right? I'm mainly just trying to go on all of the rides (with the exception of like two) and also want enough time to soak in the scenery.
for those who have been to EU, how does it compare to IOA? last time i went to IOA was when dueling dragons was still around and hulk was down for maintenance; i'm aware that with velocicoaster and hagrid's the ride lineup has improved tremendously. The way I see it, EU seems to be better themed than IOA but the IOA ride lineup looks stronger imo.
I was originally planning on not going for a while to let crowds die down a bit, but after watching stuff from the media days I might give in. I was thinking about getting tickets for August or September, but noticed that they only sell tickets that let you go to Epic Universe for 1 day, no matter how long you're staying. Optimally, I'd probably like to go to IoA for one day and Epic Universe for 2. I think it would be nice to be able to spend 2 days in the new park, taking my time and ensuring I'm able to get to everything, especially if wait times are still insane (and I think they will be for the foreseeable future).
If I'm understanding this right, there is currently no way to plan a trip where you can spend 2 consecutive (or nearly consecutive) days at Epic Universe, correct? They're only allowing guests to go for 1 day no matter what? F.Y.I., I'm not a Florida resident nor an annual passholder.
If this is the case, does anyone think this policy will change any time soon? I know they've been changing stuff with the tickets a lot, and obviously the park hasn't even opened yet.
