Hi! I got hired a few days ago and I was told to download the me@walmart app to fill out a few things and it would tell me when my orientation starts. When I first downloaded it automatically logged me in. Now I have to enter an ID and password. I've tried my email and an ID I got when I first applied. It won't let me in though. Is there a certain ID I'm supposed to use? Thank you for any help!

So I got an interview with my local Walmart today, went through the whole process and everything, now I'm at the stage to check the app for my orientation stuff. However, I have an odd problem I'm seeing. I'm at the candidate login area and its not letting me login.
I've checked my email, it SAYS the password and "User ID" would be the same email and password I had for the application site. And I try that... but it stays like I selected it and doesn't do ANYTHING. Then I purposefully enter the password wrong, and it actually gives me something saying the password doesn't match the User ID. So I use go on ahead and do it correctly again... and it still doesn't work.
I'm lost! I don't know what to do and I'm a bit of a panicker. I have no idea what to do here, because I'm seemingly unable to do ANYTHING. Does anybody know anyway around this stuff?
Anyone else having major trouble trying to log into me@walmart or is it just me 🙏 I’ve reset my password and everything and it refuses to let me in
So at least at my Walmart, our logins are based on our names. My name is now completely different and I was wondering if anyone knows if I'll automatically get a new one, or if it's unreasonable to even ask for a new one? I'm 18 and new to the "professional" (ik it's just Walmart) world so I'm just unsure how much leverage I have if they refused.
I’ve been trying to login to me@Walmart on my new phone and I can’t seem to do it. The VIP Access app is not working and it’s being slow. Is there anything that I need to do? Please help! Thanks!

The end of last month i applied for 5 different positions, after calling for 2 weeks without an answer, i got a call back from Walmart, went to an interview & I had got the job for Stocking Team Associate & was waiting for the app to show a orientation date, today I tried logging in, i put in my login info and it doesn't even progress or load into the app, just stays on login page. I checked both browsers, Samsung Browser and Chrome, both does this as well. I could login to my post apply dashboard, now it shows I'm being considered for Entertainment Team Associate as well, I'm wondering if this might have caused the app to bug out?
I am so confused, why does Walmart have so many damn sites, they told me to get ready with Me@walmart for orientation. Is Me@walmart's login the same as Myworkday.
Follow up, WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? Myworkay is saying that I need to read the dress code, I did, AND NOTHING about it was the dress code, I'm freaking out man, I just want to have a job, this shit's too confusing
The title states my problem. My account was logged in on my personal phone so I can see my schedule outside of work and for some reason I am logged out. My account name and password have not been changed and it requires me to verify with a security code sent to my phone or from the app. No matter what option I choose, I recieve nothing. I cant sign in on my pc or phone without the code and I don't work until June 3rd. What can I do?

Hi, I'm a new hire at Walmart, and I'm trying to get into the Me@Walmart app, but it's flat-out just not working.
I went through the "Candidate" sign-in and used my email and password from my application (like the instructions I got said), but the "Sign In" button isn't doing anything (and, after checking, doesn't seem to actually have any direction? like, no link attached?) If I close out of the window and hit the "Candidate" button again, it just opens a black screen (probably would be white in light mode, idk). My dad figured out that if I open the regular sign in, plug in my email and the store number, it fixes the page that opens in the "Candidate" button, but the "Sign In" button still doesn't do anything.
I figured I'd ask here before I go calling the helpline, since they'll probably stick me on hold for an hour.
I'm not an employee, I'm just a customer. I have like a 15 year old account, but for the last 5 or so months it hasn't let me login.
At first I thought it was a website glitch so I would just buy the stuff from amazon and then forget about this problem. Today I tried to login via the site and then through the app and I'm getting the same account creation page.
What's going on?
It didn't do that a couple weeks ago. Normally when I go on their homepage, I can search for stuff without logging in (i.e. browsing as guest user). What's going on?
Deleted cache and history through settings and nothing seems to work. When I type in my email, or wife's email, I'm directed to account creation? Anyone encounter this? If so, how do I get around it?
So, I recently tried to check my schedule for this week and it wouldn't let me check it on OneWalmart, as well as on the Me@Walmart app. What should I do in this situation?

Today, I am at home and I can't even log in to one.walmart, like i've done a million times before. Every time I use that website, it's a different glitch... and i consider myself very proficient with the computer/internet. This website frequently makes me extremely angry, but I'll try to be polite and courteous here.
The problem today is with the blue/white login screen, that asks for: User ID, Country/Region, Location, *and the 2-step verification.
Today, the website won't ask me for my 2-step verification. All I can do is type in my User ID, country, and location, then hit SIGN IN. After that, it tells me that I need to register for 2-step verification, which I have now, and have had for years. The third and final page says Error - Refresh.
So it doesn't ask for 2-step verification, then fails my log-in attempt because I didn't provide a 2-step verification. I'm pretty sure the website assumes I'm at a secure Walmart store, even though I have location allowed.
The other problem I'll have is with randomly dead links on the site. Sometimes I will be trying to access my GTA portal, and the site will repeatedly fail to load, sometimes with different reasons each attempt... Things that could not possibly be on my end.
Something about this extremely blatantly obvious permanent glitch, on the ONE page of the website that has to work, makes me unfathomably angry. Something about me sitting here completely helpless, over a $5 coding error on a multi-billion dollar company's website. And they refuse to fix it, exactly like they refuse to fix the dangerous forklifts at work... Because I'm a chump and f* me.
I don't have access to my account since on friday after i made a change on the app. I can't login with the same credentials nor reset my password. I have tried so many times. I sent a case to seller support. They responded asking for a screenshot which i sent almosalimmediately.Till now no response. I'm getting orders which i can't fulfill. I got and email my weekly rating dropped. I don't know what to do .There is no way to reach out over the phone and they appear real slow. Please any alternative help or method. I don't want to lose my account. Thanks in advance.
