Students with a net credit on account after all pending changes have processed may request a refund. The University pays students by electronic E-transfer. Instructions are sent to your Brock e-mail account upon completion of the refund request.

You must officially “drop” or “withdraw” from courses and programs (not just stop attending!). The Student Accounts and Financial Aid (SAFA) website provides information and forms including key dates and refund information. NOTE: on the SAFA website: Concurrent Education years 1-4., BECE and Adult Ed students select the “undergraduate” accordion tab. Unless otherwise specified, refunds for memberships or programs already in progress will be issued within the first two weeks of the start date. Refunds are pro-rated and a $15-administrative fee will be charged.

The initial attempt will be made by email (if available) with a follow-up contact attempt by phone (if available). If we do not hear from you or are unable to contact you within 31 days of the order being placed, your order will be marked as abandoned. There are no refunds for abandoned orders.
