When does york issue refund for courses you paid for but dropped?
I was gonna do one course and paid out of pocket but decided to continue working bc next school year I’ll come back as FT but it’s taking a while for the money to be refined
So as i have balance on my student account allowed me to request refund, the first step is set up the eft banking information, i received that email tells me to check for the test deposit to verify my account… the question is, that email was sent to me Wednesday morning, its totally 48 hours from now and still don't received anything for that test… I checked again and again my information i'm sure it is correct… Do i need continue wait or call them, and also, if i found my banking information is incorrect, how could i edit it
So I withdrew from a class and I tried to get a refund from York. I had to enter/confirm my bank information and it's apparently suppose to take 8-10 days for a refund. It's been a little more than 3 weeks and I haven't received any refunds. Is there anywhere I can go to get more help on this? Edit: I've already been to Bennett Centre and they told me I was to re-enter the information and wait again..
If you check your student account, is there a negative value there?
If you owe any money to OSAP, they paid off your loan with whatever amount that was added to your student account from the refund. If you really needed the cash, you can go to the student financial services, explain to them why you need it, and they will send a request to OSAP for the amount that was sent to them.
