I'm looking at getting an M4 10 core iMac (the current model). I'm in Australia and the retail price new is AUD$2399, but they also have refurbished ones for $2039 - $360 cheaper than brand new.
Given they only came out in November is the refurbished one a good deal?

I pretty much exclusively buy refurbished stuff. I'm typing this on my refurbished M3 MBA, I have a refurbished M2 Studio and I'm pretty sure all of the AppleTV's we have around the house are from the apple refurbished store. Never had an issue.

I'm looking to purchase a refurbished iMac, but I don't where to start. I'd primarily be using it for school, Word and Excel, and printing. I'm looking to stay with Apple products because we own iPhones, iPads, and AirPods..
