I believe it has more to do with where you send money any how it will be picked up: via bank, pick up or air drop method. All money apps require caution and the destination of the money and how it is received is definitely a concern depending on government controls and rules. 5000 is simply too much to risk sending all at once... that's scary 😨 😳 Some banks have crooked staff over seas and say the funds were not received, then the servicer gets blamed. I filed theft of funds on a foreign bank and my receiver put in a complaint on thier side to officials and the bank employee was found guilty of stealing. It took a year to get my money reimbursed by western union and on top of that they sent it to the state and I have to prove that it was mine... The authorities questioned me as if I had no business sending money overseas. SMH More on reddit.com
