My wife and I are about to have our 3rd child under 18 months old (twin boys born in Feb 2022 and a girl due next month). So, I'm looking for something that will have a pretty good work/life balance so I can help with the kids when possible. Obviously I'm willing to work a full day but it would also be great to be able to step away to help change a diaper or feed lunch, or something of that nature.

Fortunately our expenses are pretty low. We have a $1,200 mortgage and $290 car payment, so it's just that + utilities, groceries, and gas pretty much. So in this season, I don't need to make a killing as long as I can provide and have a good balance.

I completed a coding bootcamp (Coding Temple) in January but I've found it pretty difficult to get my foot in the door with a tech job. It seems like most of the job openings either require experience or have hundreds of applicants. I'm sure if someone were willing to take an entry level person and provide some training I'd be able to do pretty much anything that is needed of me!

I've been doing door to door sales in the mean time because it allows me to work when/how much I want while bringing in a bit of income, but I have to commute quite a bit and it's 100% commission based which is a little risky for someone with a family to provide for.

Any advice as far as companies or jobs that would fit that criteria would really be appreciated!
